In 2007 he became a Director of "Magister" Company, has more than 7 years of work experience with International and Ukrainian Companies. Before arrival to "Magister", Sichkar was the Head of "Socrat" Management Company.
He is recognized as one of the pioneers in establishment and development of public institute market of collective investments in Ukraine.
He has gained higher education in Kyiv National Economic University on "Finance" specialty.
He has graduated from "Vadim Getman Kyiv National Economic University", Faculty of Law.
In 2006-2007 he has passed seminars and trainings on collective investment institutes in Moscow.

Vera Chirkina
Chief Accountant of "Magister" Asset Management Company Councilor of "European Choice", Open-end Non-government Pension Fund.
She has managing and financial experience of more than 15 years in large companies. Before arrival to "Magister" she was chief accountant of "УАСК "АСКА" Insurance Company.
For today she takes an active part in the development and teaching of "1C" program; takes part in working out of software for accounting actions with securities.
Graduated from Donetsk State University, Economic Faculty and Dnipropetrovsk Mines Institute of engineering.

Sergey Grishin
Director of "Magister-invest" Financial Company.
More than 10 years of experience of work in Ukrainian securities market.
He has higher technical education. Before arrival to "Magister", Grishin worked in different companies in stock market.

2005-2007- Chief of back-office department of "Socrat" Investment-financial Group.
